Delivery time: about 2 days within Switzerland, 4-6 days within the EU.
Deliveries in Switzerland with invoice: Payable 30 days net, on one of our bank accounts in CHF in Switzerland, or in EURO to our account in Germany.
Foreign shipment requires prepayment, please wait for our invoice. You pay € comfortably on our account in Germany. Once the amount is credited to our account, we will send you the requested item.
For payments by MasterCard or Visa, only the first 4 digits of your credit card number need to be posted when ordering. You will then receive an email with the invoice as a PDF file. Once you accept the bill, the remaining digits of your card, an expiration date and the CVC2 (MasterCard) or CVV2 (Visa) are to be provided. Splitting the credit card number can be prevented unauthorized person from getting your credit card details. Once we receive your authorization for the card, the requested item will be shipped.
VAT in Switzerland 7.7%, export without VAT (The VAT equivalent in your country is cashed directly by the postman, for example, 19% Germany)
No customs or additional fees will be charged when ordering from the EU.
Returned within 4 weeks upon payment of postage.
The warranty period for our products is 2 years, excluding damage, such as leaking batteries, penetrated salt water and the like.
